Proctor Jones sits at a table with Gail Bennett in the Water District office, located in the building now occupied by Highway One Realty. Each gentleman has an open notebook in front of them in preparation for a meeting. Behind them is a framed photo of Stinson Beach on a ledge over some brickwork. Both men served on the Water Board in the early 1980s.
