Description:
Water rushes down the street in front of the SB Fire Department building. A man (identified on photo as Al Kranzler) in high boots, safari jacket and rain hat stands ankle deep at the edge of the water with his hands in his pockets looking at camera. A group of people behind him on the left are milling around on the gravel. The woman in the white head scarf is identified as Anne Leary. Ed Leary, with his back to the camera, is standing on some sort of broken wood or concrete. The firehouse is in the background. A sedan is parked above the waterline beside it. Further on is a 2-story home, first story painted white, upper floor dark wood.
