Description:
The view is toward the south, in the vicinity of 178 Seadrift Road. One person stands in a "road" that was created by front loaders, which placed rip rap rock along the top edge of the dunes to the eroded beach below to protect the houses from the incoming ocean and prevent further erosion of the dunes. Note the stormy seas, white with foam.
