14 pages of the guidelines , with 6 pages of drawings, and 5 pages of forms to be filled by the applicants are typed on US letter size paper and bound in a blue paper binder with 3 punch holes. In addition, 5 pages of revision and the cover letter are inserted inside of the binder. On the cover a sticker is pasted indicating it came from the Bolinas Library. Guidelines are set to force to have each individual houses to comply the architectural guidelines stated in their deed restriction and requesting them to submit their house designs for the association's review process which includes preliminary design to the final inspection on the completed house. The updated version is available on line to Seadrift Association members.
