Ken Stevens stands with his hands on his hips in front of a cut-out of an old-fashioned red and gold fire engine and beside a table covered with a cloth of the same colors on top of which are condiments, paper plates and napkins. To the left of him is an art display of a painting in mostly blues of a nightscape. To the right is another table of art behind which is a lattice displaying framed paintings. Two figures are bent over the table looking at the display. A few buildings a visible in the background - a white house with a blue roof on the far side of the fence and a brown storage-type shed behind the "fire engine." There is also a plastic-lined garbage can in the foreground.
