Description:
Nighttime Volunteer Fire Department training. There are 3 men in the photo but Kendrick Rand is the only person identifiable. He is in a blue windbreaker and cap. He is turned toward a fellow in a hard hat, windbreaker and jeans. The third person, dressed in a yellow jumpsuit with SBVFD on the back, has his back to the camera.
