A young and handsome Kendrick Rand smiling at someone or something. No info given with photo. Just a nice portrait. He became the fire chief in 1974 after Colonel George White and served 26 years. He was the last president of the Progressive Club which ceased in 1973. He also served as the president of Stinson Beach Historical Society from 2004 to 2008. He was the long time owner of Sand Dollar Restaurant.
