Description:
Two adults and a child sit on the stairs leading to the porch of the Sea Beach Hotel. A sign on the upper right shows part of its sign. A woman on the left has brown hair and wears a short sleeve print cotton dress, bobby socks and sport shoes. The child is blond, with light short sleeve shirt, and the man, also brunette wears a light long sleeve shirt and tie, slacks and high laced leather shoes. About thirteen steps lead up to the porch of the wooden structure.
