Description:
Early photograph of what is now Stinson Beach Old Town. The original Airey Hotel is in the lower left but most of any other structures on Highway One are hidden by trees on the hillside from which the photo was taken. Seventeen other structures are scattered on the rising hillside on the road from Aireys and a number of clumps of naturally occurring trees. A distant ridge and a faint suggestion of the bay is to the middle left of the picture.
