Description:
A bulldozer is putting a huge rock on top of the cloth laid on top of the sloped sand. 3,4 people are standing on top of the slope , in the dune grass. Photo is taken looking toward San Francisco. The hills toward San Francisco is on the background and crescent of the beach and sand follows to the toe of the rock wall being built. On the back of the photo reads:6. rocks are put on cloth."
