Description:
On the highway along the cliff, which is covered with dry grasses, a white fire jeep is parked though only the front end is visible. Standing at the cliff edge are Bobby Stevens and Kendrick Rand who is holding a walkie talkie. Walking around the jeep is Tommye Jarvis, followed by Kenny Stevens. A fifth volunteer fireman is standing beside the jeep but is only visible from the back. He is wearing an SBVFD sweatshirt.
