Description:
In this black and white photo we see 3 or 4 people standing, sitting or kneeling on the beach (they appear to be beachcombers as at least one of them has a sack). There are two structures on the dunes behind: the one on the left with many windows and a ramp is Sea Downs. Beyond the cottages on the beach are houses rising up on the hill behind. The photograph is taken from the beach at the location of the 1999 lifeguard stand. For identification of some of the buildings see 1993-254 #2
