Description:
B&W photo of Al Engel, wearing an open neck white shirt and big smile, standing with hands on hips in the doorway of Oceanic Realty. The door is a half door with only the upper portion open. Al is on the inside. Striped awnings are over the windows on either side of the doorway. Paper displays are visible through the windows. Also over the door, between the signs "Oceanic" and "Realty," is an ornate art piece and beneath it a small white awning with two crests on it. On either side of the door way are numbers: left side is the telephone number and on right the address - 3468 [Shoreline Highway].
