Three story stucco house with blue trim (known as Casa del Mar) sits on a rise above a rock and native plant garden, and is enclosed by a low rock wall. A iron gate on the left gives entrance beside a barren tree, which may have just been trimmed as there are branches lying on the ground outside the wall by the gate. The golden, orange and red colors of the plants imply that it is winter.
