An enlarged Xerox print of a black and white postcard showing downtown commercial development of Stinson Beach and the Highway one. The photograph is taken from the present Village Green 1 area looking toward Panoramic Highway. It shows, from the left, Real Estate with Cottages sign (present Al's Alleged Antique store), Fountain, Lunch Ice Cream, Coca Cola signs of The Pelicans' Nest (present Oceanic Real Estate) The Breakers' Cafe (present Sand Dollar), and the present surf shop building with "Cottages" sign and Shell Gasoline tanks in front with the Sea Beach Hotel building looming behind. The title, "Stinson Beach, Calif." and the identification, "Zan M. 252" is printed in white on the lower left and right of the postcard.
