Description:
The hills behind the beach dominate the photograph. They are partially wooded, rock outcropping and soft grassland. There appears to be an electric pole leading from the base of the hill leading to a structure near the middle of the photographic. The building has a long flat roof with a large sign SEA DOWNS on it. A boardwalk from the seaside door gives access to beach nearer the bay. A lone figure is halfway down this walk. The sand appears soft and clean. There are three visible windows on the bay side of the building and some shrubbery in front.
