Description:

House at the base of the hillside is identified as the Harpers (235 Belvedere). The front house is a long ranch-style type with small room attached on the left. The white house behind belonged to Elsa and Bill (?) who owned and built the Sand Dollar. A telephone pole and an old black automobile are in front of the house on the road. Off to the right is a barn-type structure with windows stretching across the upper story. Higher up the hillside in the background, barely visible, is a tall narrow structure which is identified as the second house built on the hill.
