Description:

Film negative of a house on Caldel Mar near Avenida Balboa named "The Limpet" where the donor, Jane Gipner, lives. The house was built by James H. and Nellie Armstead built as a summer house and moved permanently in 1932. On the bottom of the photo a note is written, "The Limpet, S.B.1919". It is a black and photograph of the house on criff cut above gravel road, Calle Del Mar, shows a rock cropping and California Laurel trees behind.
