This color photograph is of a wave breaking over a bulkhead. There are three people and a small sailboat on the bulkhead. Two of the people are wearing yellow slickers and are standing toward the land end of the bulkhead. They are a woman on the left and a man next to her. The man is Robert Shockey. There is another man standing at the end of the bulkhead facing the camera. He is right in the middle of the spray from the breaking wave. There is a date inked in the upper right corner: Jan 1978.
