A tall conical tree (Lone Pine) rises up from a dry, sloping hillside. The color photo shows this tree in the background on the left of the photo. A bush in the foreground frames the lower right hand corner. The hillside is a brownish color, the sky is blue and there are white puffy clouds rising over the hills, perhaps drifting to the right. This tree is the namesake of the Lone Tree Trail, now the Dipsea Trail.
