Description:
Xelox photo copy of black and white post card of Stinson Beach downtown in 1940's. It shows commercial development north of Calle del Mar. From the left, a residential looking building (rental?), Real Estate advertizing Cottage, Hillside Cottages in behind, Stinson Beach Store with CocaCola, Grey Hound, and Telephone signs, The Breaker's Restaurant, and Groceries Store in front with 4 cars parked in the side driveway. There are 2 other cars parked on the Highway 1. On the area presently the Village Green "Stinson Beach, Calif" is printed. The hills of the Stinson Beach are behind the commercial development.
