A colored greeting card sent for the 2004 Holiday. It shows an acrylic painting done by Sarah Butler, one of the employees, depicting the blue Oceanic Realty building with Christmas decorations next to the yellow building which housed Meristem flower and gift shops. Inside a message reads, "Season's Greetings from the crew at Oceanic Realty".
