This is a black and white photograph of a grassy hillside dropping off to a rocky coastline. At the bottom left of the photo there is a cluster of a large house and several smaller out buildings. To the right of the larger building there is a cypress tree. There are also some small trees in front of the house and a small grove of trees on the hillside behind the buildings.
