A woman with dark curly hair and glasses (Ruth Miller) stands between two men. She is wearing a grass skirt (as is the man on the right only his skirt seems to be made out of ties or various other materials) and a couple of plastic leis. The other man has one arm raised as if waving to someone and is covered in something that looks furry. There is a crowd of people behind them and a banner with DIPSEA partially visible as well as a building on which can be read STORE.

Ruth Miller was very active member of the community, in Allied Arts, Community Center Inc., etc. With her sister Hatty (Harriet) Green, she worked as the Presidents and secretaries of various community organizations. She was one of the town realter in 1960s to her death. She had her one-woman office in the downstairs of the Grand Hotel (originally Seabeach Hotel) before it burned in fire, then moved her office to the space across the Post Office temporally; eventually moving in with the Oceanic Realty with Bob Hanron.
