Description:
Classic portrait of a seated man in formal attire and a woman in ruffles and bows standing beside and slightly behind him, with her hand resting on his shoulder (or maybe the back of the easy chair he's sitting in). He has short hair, slick and parted in the middle, and a carefully trimmed moustache. He is dressed in black suit with a vest and white collarless shirt. His arms are resting on the arms of the chair. She is wearing a long dark dress with a ruffled collar that extends over the shoulders and has a wide white sash tied into a large bow at her hip. Her hair is pulled back and held with some sort of adornment and she has one curl in the middle of her forehead. A fancy circular prop of wicker and lace appears to serve as a faux back to the chair.
