The woman in the photograph is Suzanne Chipman. She is the sister of Loretta Boyd Mayers and Mary A. Jones. The 3 Chipman girls had been "going to the beach" from Sacramento since 1927. Loretta and Mary have owned residences on Calle del Sierra since 1954.
