Description:
Black and white World War II type fire truck in front of a wood structure (the Fire Station next to the Community Center at the corner of Belvedere Avenue and Highway l). Stinson Beach Fire Dept. is stenciled on its hood. A siren is mounted on the fender above the headlight, shown on the left side. Two additional small lights are mounted in front of the windshield and a large searchlight next to it. The man at the wheel wears a cap, turtleneck pullover and a shirt and slacks. Someone's hand visible on the right side of the photograph rests on a small portion of the firehose visible. Rope is wound in the bed of the truck. Three automobiles are parked across the street and a house and foliage are visible.
