An original color photograph of Stinson Downtown in 1996 showing from the right, Avilla's Barn housing three businesses (see 2005-100-01), Sand Dollar Restaurant owned by Kendrick Rand, Stinson Beach Library, Al's Alleged Antique Shop owned by Al Engel (only the second story yellow dormer visible), and the Shore Store owned by Mame Grace (her partner Julie Spencer was deceased by then). Several cars are parked in front of the businesses. "Stop" written on the highway indicating approaching stop sign is seen on the road in front of them.
