This black and white photo shows a four story building (the Sea Beach Hotel) with stairs leading up to a long veranda on the second level There is a flagpole with the American flag to the left of the hotel. There is a large group of people (unidentified) standing on the road to the left of the flagpole. There is another large group of unidentified people on the steps to the hotel. There are 3 cars visible parked in front of the hotel. See notes.
