This black and white photograph is of three store fronts lining Highway 1 in downtown Stinson Beach. The front on the left has large glass windows with what appear to be posters on them. It has a sign above the windows which is illegible in this photo. It is the old Stinson Beach Library. Next to it on the right is a lower, smaller building with a window on each side of a door, taking up the entire building front. There is a large sign above the windows and door saying Oceanic Realty. To the right of this building is another small building with an overhang jutting out, creating a covered front porch across the width of the building. There is a sign above the overhang, illegible in this picture. It is the Sand Dollar Restaurant. There are cars in front of these buildings parked at right angles to the highway.
