Notes:
Pete & Sunshine Niederberger lived upstairs and operated the Sunshine Gallery on Shoreline Highway in the downstairs of the first building at the right of Calle del Mar facing north (the hills) during late 1960s and early 1970s. It sold clothing and jewelry. They had 2 children, shown here (Kiren) and 1997-122 (Josh). Later they moved to the house at the corner of Laurel and Buena Vista and to Cort Madera, when they closed the store.
