This color photograph is of the plastered wall of the gas station building. A window with no glass looks through to two other partially destroyed walls. There is no roof. A half pipe coming from under the building can be seen in exposed dirt in the foreground. There are pieces of lumber, some loose and some nailed together, in the foreground.

The Chevron Station was owned by Jim Gibson till purchased by Dick Fisher in 1960 to 1970, and by Gene Abbot from 1970 to 1980 and by Snug Nugget Partnership till destruction. After the demolition of the existed gasoline station KN Corp had not been able to secure the building permit to expand the facility to include a convenience store. The site was sold by the original owner of the station, Proctor Jones Snug Nugget Partnership to advisor organization of Village Green II. See 2004A-100 for the detail.
