Description:
Two firemen stand on a ladder that is propped up against a two-story house. The fireman on the bottom holds a garden hose which he is directing to the roof, but the water is only reaching the corner windows beneath. On the roof sits a man in a grass skirt. The other fireman higher up on the ladder looks at the camera with amusement.
