Description:
A black and white photograph taken in 1971 in which our 3 famous flower ladies (Menzies, Barbara/ Leary, Anne/ Shockey, Roberta) are going under the barbed wire fence on the way to collecting the wild flowers. Barbara carries a box with containers, Anne and Roberta have buckets in their hands. Barbara and Anne, who is just under the wire fence, are wearing pants and Roberta is wearing a floppy jumper skirt with a light-colored half-sleeve shirt. Trees, most likely the California Bay, can be seen on the other side of the fence.
