This black and white photograph was taken with a wide angle lens. It shows the vacant lot across Calle del Mar from that of #1994-425. There are trees around the periphery of the lot and a telephone pole at the corner. There are two signs mounted on frames, one facing Highway1 and one facing Calle del Mar. The lot has been cleared of undergrowth. Some buildings can be seen behind the lot, throught the trees. See notes for details.

Notes:
The buildings visible behind the lot are those of the Parkside Cafe. The photograph was taken at the beginning of construction of Village Green I andthe signs facing Highway 1 and Calle del Mar announce the building of the Green with a schematic drawing of the completed park and a list of sponsers.
