Description:
Photo of a square sign attached to a chain link fence that reads: THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF REAL ESTATE BRINGS YOU... THE VILLAGE BROWN. THANK YOU, PROCTOR JONES! 2010 JACKSON ST., SF, CA 94109 (tel. number). Painted on the sign in green paint is a dying plant with broken bottle, a tire and other sundry debris underneath it and on or beside it signs reading PRIVATE PROPERTY, NO TRESPASSING, KEEP OUT and TOXIC (with skull and crossbones). Further down the fence some foliage is growing up on and beyond that the rooftop and upper floor of the market. This fenced site became the Village Green II.

Notes:
After the fiasco of KN Corp's attempt to rebuild the Chevron Gas Station the ground was dug up to "clean" toxic gasoline seepage. The toxin soaked earth was removed and replaced by "clean soil. The site remained empty with the cyclone fence around till the Village Green II was landscaped. Proctor Jones owned the land and KN Corp. was leasing the gas station. See 2004A-100 Album.
