Description:

At the corner of Arenal and Calle del Mar, the corner lot is roped off and a pile of rock sits at the corner, as well as a black lab. There is one person with a shovel near a sand pile. Trees line the Calle del Mar side of the (future) park on the left of photo. Rooftops of adjacent buildings are visible behind the wooden fence at the park boundary on the far side.
