Description:
This black and white photograph is a panoramic view of the Stinson Beach sandspit looking south from the Bolinas side of the lagoon entrance. The Bolinas lagoon takes up the left side of the photo with the sandspit in the right third of the picture with the beach and ocean on the far right. A road stretches down the spit with houses on either side of it. The spit ends in the foreground as it sweeps to the left forming the Stinson side bank of the channel to the Bolinas Lagoon. There is grass in the extreme foreground and hills in the background, crowned by a cloudy sky.
