Description:
Turn of the century photo of Bolinas Lagoon, identified on the back as Bay Road, 1899. Also identified but difficult to see is Capt. P. Bourne's Powerboat, "Fearless." Mostly what is visible is rocky side of Bolinas Lagoon waterway and tree-covered hillside rising up behind some waterfront cottages. Lagoon road is in the background separated by wooden poles.
