Downtown area comprising Highway One to the Coast, originally Stinson Subdivisions 2 & 3 and along the Highway One of Stinson Subdivision 1, created on 1906; it also includes southern portion of GGNRA which was the part of old Rancho Sausalito, developed by Kent family. We are also adding few but notable buildings along the lagoon.
